The Little Manatee

Fractured fairy tale assignment - so I did the little mermaid as a manatee (since that's where the myth of mermaids came from and all that.)

I ended up modeling "Prince Eric" after my boyfriend by accident. Whoops. I never realized how much he looked like that kid from the magic school bus until I painted this.
